Bespoke coaching

Your training sessions will be individually and expertly tailored to suit your needs and will be delivered through a highly organised and easily understood online diary using Training Peaks. You will receive daily emails with your prescribed training and can log your post-training information at your convenience.

Getting started?

You will be guided through the following steps:

  • Questionnaire to detail your background and coaching requirements
  • Face to face meeting or phone conversation to discuss your training/competition goals and needs, establish realistic training volumes, weekly schedules, and identify your strengths and areas to improve upon
  • Complete a fitness test
  • Formulation of annual training overview
  • Receive training sessions specific to your needs

Full support is provided throughout the coaching process starting with your online set-up with Training Peaks. Your training feedback is considered vital for you to have the best experience and for the coach to better understand you as a rider.

 

Start-up Fee               £50 (covers initial consultation)

 

Heart Rate Package               £60 per month

  • Initial start-up (Includes detailed questionnaire, lifestyle audit, target setting, Training Peaks online set-up)
  • Training prescribed by heart rate zones
  • Training Peaks online diary
  • Weekly training analysis and review

 

Power Package             £80 per month

  • Initial start-up (Includes power profiling, detailed questionnaire, lifestyle audit, target setting, Training Peaks online set-up)
  • Training prescribed by power zones
  • Training Peaks online diary
  • Race guidance, preparation and analysis
  • Weekly training analysis and review

 

Payment will be taken in advance on a monthly basis.
